Dogs for Adoption

Unless otherwise noted, the dogs below are available for adoption now. For a list of dogs previously adopted, visit our adopted dogs archives.

Dora (See Facebook Album) – Available Now – Fostered in Carlsbad

Dora is a beautiful 18-month-old yellow labrador retriever that was turned into our vet in Mexico. The family that owned her couldn’t afford to keep her, so our vet asked if we could help and we were so happy to welcome her. Dora is gorgeous, great with other dogs and kids, and house trained. We know she will make some family very, very happy. She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Dora is fostered in Carlsbad, CA and her adoption donation to Upward Dog Rescue is $150.

Kingsley (See Facebook Album) – Available Now – Fostered in Poway

Sir Kingsley was rescued in the nick of time from the Moreno Valley shelter on March 19th. He is a very friendly and outgoing tan and white Chihuahua. He loves people and other dogs and is not fearful or anxious. He would do great in a home with other dogs or as an only dog. He appears to be housetrained, rides well in the car and enjoys baths. He is neutered, vaccinated and HomeAgain microchipped.  If you would like to meet Kingsley, apply at http://www.upwarddogrescue.org/adoption-application.
